Duets

It's a dreary Monday. I seem to be long on questions lately, short on answers, and just generally bored with the status quo. Lucinda Williams always helps though. So here are a couple of my favorite duets featuring her. One with M. Ward and one with Tim Easton...enjoy.

* M Ward & Lucinda Williams - 'Oh Lonesome Me' MP3

* Tim Easton - 'Back To The Pain' MP3

More album goodness

Just taking a second to post two more songs, one each from albums that have just come out by two of my very favorite female songwriters: Jolie Holland and Lucinda Williams...check both of these new records out, they are both incredible!!! A beatutifl tune from Jolie, and a great AC/DC cover by Ms WIlliams...both great tracks.

Jolie Holland - 'Corrido Por Buddy' MP3

Lucinda Williams - 'It's A Long Way To The Top' MP3

Little Honey

One of my all time favorite singer/songwriter/storytellers is back some brand new material. 'Little Honey' is her 10th proper studio album in a recording career that started in 1978.

The track I am sharing was written about oft-troubled Libertine and Babyshamble Pete Doherty...enjoy.
